Review: Scandalous

Scandalous Scandalous by L.J. Shen
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book was the best book in this series. Edie was the best heroine. She was young yet so strong. And Trent was likable too.

Edie's relationship with Luna was so sweet. Edie's father was a jerk, but she tried her best to do what she can in the circumstances and Trent helped her in every way he can. There's some misunderstanding, but the plot twist at the end shocked me. I never expected Luna's mother having an affair with Edie's father. In the end, everything turns out well and I enjoyed this book a lot more than I thought I would.

When she leant back he had the strangest, conflicted look on his face. But he’d wanted to hear the words, she thought in puzzlement. Hadn’t he? “Let’s try again,” he said tightly.” I laughed and swooned at the same time in this scene. I laughed cause Linned was really naive. She didn't understand that he wanted her to tell "I am Yours". At the same time, ...
