Review: More Than Forever

More Than Forever More Than Forever by Jay McLean
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I read the Preston brother series before it and Lucy was already my favorite character there. I admit I am not a fan of this series. The writing is just weird, lots of words that are used to express emotions felt very silly and didn't give the serious impacts when its needed.

However, unlike other books despite it flaws I enjoyed this. How can i not ?

Lucy is just too funny, her fear of vagina made me laugh. Actually i laughed through almost the first half of the book. Cameron's family just was too good. I am not talking about his biological father. I am talking about his mother and his stepfather (mother's boyfriend?). The relationship between them was really admirable.

And Cameron isn't a manwhore , rather very commited and loyal person. I always have trouble with the male protagonists of this author but cameron was just perfect. This book have no cheating. Overall, it was really cute.

Review: Rock Chick

Rock Chick by Kristen Ashley My rating: 5 of 5 stars I've read Kristen Ashley's An Unfinished Hero Series Box Set and that was just okay. It wasn't that good, thus I haven't read any more books by this author. However, one of my Goodreads friend recommended this book to me as I was in a huge book slump. Thank you melissa ☽ for recommending this book to me. This book is really fun. Also this book changed my outlook on this author and I will try her other books now. Overall, I enjoyed this book tremendously. Why can’t you just be a nice guy?”   “I’ve never been a nice guy.” View all my reviews
