Review: Going Under

Going Under by Skye Jordan I’ve been needed for so long, I couldn’t see the difference between need and want. And the idea of having a woman as strong as KT wanting me without needing me feels… surprisingly powerful. Who doesn't enjoy reading a story that consists of a strong, independent, and confident heroine? The children are so cute. I loved their relationship with the heroine. It's not a lengthy book and I was never bored. Both protagonists are remarkable. Even though it's not a lengthy book, the author was able to provide a phenomenal character growth of both protagonists. I also liked how the hero sacrifices towards the end to support the heroine. I never saw a book where the hero leaves everything and completely supports the heroine. Most of the time it's the other way around. Hats off to the author for writing such a unique and cute book. Review: Archer's Voice

Archer's Voice by Mia Sheridan I missed my afternoon nap for this but it was worth it. Now I am kicking myself why didn't I read this sooner? Bree is a character that I immediately felt drawn to. She is kind, caring, and strong. Her patience for Archer was remarkable. Archer is sweet and strong in his own way. The story is just beautiful. But one thing I want to know how does Bree gets friendly with everyone in the town just after she moved? here people stay away from me as if I am not human. also, can you really afford to live by waitressing? Anyway, I know it's fiction. View all my reviews

Review: The Invincible Summer of Juniper Jones

The Invincible Summer of Juniper Jones by Daven McQueen This is such a beautiful story. The plot revolves around Ethan and Juniper and their unforgettable summer in 1955. Although I loved the book, I have a few issues. The writing of this author isn't very mature. I heard it's a Wattpad story. I think the author should have polished the book a little bit more before publishing. The sentence structure was poor and the word choice wasn't rich either. Also, Juniper's family issue wasn't focused much. It was mostly focused on Ethan and his struggle. I would love to read more about her. The main issue I have with this book is the title because when I read the first chapter I immediately knew something bad happened to Juniper. It gave away the major plot twist. However, these issues can be overlooked because the plot is tragic and beautiful at the same time. Nonetheless, Its a story about friendship, innocence, and racism. Arc provided through NetGa

Review: Stay with Me

Stay with Me by Jennifer L. Armentrout This book is just outstanding. I laughed many times because Calla is such an adorable character. She is really sweet, cute, and responsible. Even though she has terrible parents, she choose good path for herself. Now Jax is also an interesting character. He is confident, bossy but also very caring. The way he loved and protected Calla is extraordinary. I needed more scene with Uncle Clyde and Calla, cause that man is just a pure soul. His conversation with Calla was always sweet and when he called her babygirl , it was freaking cute. He is the father figure she needed. This book is a bit longer but I never was bored. The suspenseful plot was really good. View all my reviews

Review: Her Baseborn Bridegroom

Her Baseborn Bridegroom by Alice Coldbreath Finally a really good book after a long time. I enjoy reading historical romance. The language isn't hard either which made it more enjoyable as English isn't my first language. I enjoyed watching Mason struggle with his feelings and how naive but fierce Linnet is. “You’re mine,” he said darkly against her ear. Then he pulled back, looking at her through unfathomable, dark eyes. “Now you say it, Linnet.” She leant up on her tip toes, bringing her mouth close to his ear. “You’re mine,” she whispered and felt him go still before his breathing caught. When she leant back he had the strangest, conflicted look on his face. But he’d wanted to hear the words, she thought in puzzlement. Hadn’t he? “Let’s try again,” he said tightly.” I laughed and swooned at the same time in this scene. I laughed cause Linned was really naive. She didn't understand that he wanted her to tell "I am Yours". At the same time,
